Gingerbread Pancakes

Ingredients
1 c whole wheat flour1 1/2 t baking powder1/2 t cinnamondash of ground cloves1/2 t ginger1/2 c skim milk3 T molasses1 T applesauce, unsweetened1 egg
Directions
Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine dry ingredients in another bowl. Then, add wet to dry and mix until combined. Heat pan and spray with Pam. Pour 5th of mixture in pan on med low heat. Cook until bottom is brown and top is starting to dry and air bubbles have popped. Then, flip and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
Makes 5 5-6" pancakes.
