Fried Green Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 large green tomato4 Tbsp. olive oil1/2 c. corn mealwater
Directions
Cut tomato in 1/4 in. slices, dip in water then coat in corn meal. Heat olive oil over medium heat until hot enough to slowly fry tomato slices. Fry slices 5 minutes on each side (or until golden brown on each side). Serve hot.
