Ingredients
Directions
1 cup Bob's Red Mill 10 grain hot cereal1 cup white all purpose flour1.5 cups King Arthur's White whole wheat flour1 tablespoon yeast for bread machine1/2 tablspoon kosher salt1 3/4 cups warm water
Measure all the ingredients into your bread maker according to your maker's instructions. Use the dough setting. When the dough is ready, shape it into your desired shape, dough will be soft. Prepare your pan with nonstick spray or use a little oil. You can use an 8" round cake pan or a regular loaf pan or whatever you like. Cover lightly with plastic wrap, not touching the dough. Let it rise until double in size in a warm place. When risen, brush carefully with a little water, making sure you do not make it fall. Then place in preheated oven 450 degrees for 30 minutes. That's right, 450 degrees for 30 minutes. It should be browned and sound hollow when thumped. Take out of pan immediately and let cool on a rack. When cooled, use a serrated bread knife to slice into 16 slices.
