1/4 cup egg beater1/4 cup mushroom chopped1/4 cup onion1/4 cup bell pepper1 tsp olive oil1 slice pepperjack cheese1 Mission Garden Spinach Herb Wrap
1) Heat olive oil in pan.
2) Saute mushrooms, onions and bell pepper just enough to heat and soften slightly.
3) Add in egg beater and let cook like you were making an omelette. when done remove from heat.
4) Heat tortilla in microwave 15 seconds to heat for rolling. Lay egg flat on tortilla and roll.
