Homemade Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients
1- 1lb 13 oz can chickpeas (garbanzos), drained and rinsed1/3 c. (or 6 Tbsp) tahini1- 12oz jar (6.7 oz drained) red roasted peppers, drained3 Tbsp olive oil1/3 c. lemon juice1 Tbsp minced garlic2 tsp. salt1 tsp. black pepper1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions
***Because I don't have an electric food processor, I used a hand crank food processor and a hand mixer to make this.. But if you do have an electric food processor, by all means use it!

Drain and rinse chickpeas and blend in food processor until fairly smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well combined.
