Blueberry Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
2 Cups rolled oats2 cups Almond Milk (any other type of milk can be substituted)2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cup ground flax seed1/2 cup raw sugar1/2 cup brown sugar4 egg whites1 cup mashed banana1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp gingerSoak oats in milk for approximatly 1 hourpreheat oven to 400 degreesCombine oat mixture, applesauce, egg whites an banana. Mix until combined. Fold in blueberriesIn a separate bowl combine dry ingredients and whisk together. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combned. Do not overmix. If not using paper muffin cups spray muffin pans with nonstck spray before filing.Use approximately 1/4 cup batter per muffinBake 15 - 20 minutes or until done.
