Curried Lentil & Barley soup

Ingredients
I cup of lentil alphabet soup mix4 cups chichen broth2 cups watercilantrocherry tomatoes 1 cup1 tbsp pataks curry paste (or powder)1 medium onion chopped
Directions
should make 6 1 cup servings.Add oil and pataks curry paste or powder to soup pot. Brown onions and 1 cup of lentil alphabet soup mix ( it has everything in it). Stir and cook for 5 mintues ( watch you dont burn). add chicken broth, and water, tomatoes, on high heat till boiling. Turn heat to low - medium high and cover pot cook soup simmering for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Towrads end of cooking add finely chopped cilantro. Finished product should have a stewy like texture.

    Yes it is tasty. But then I am a curry nut period! LOL!
