Black Beans and Flat Bread

Ingredients
2 Lawash Low Carb Flat Breads with Flax seed and wheat3 oz. low fat cheddar cheese, shredded1/2 cup cooked black beans (canned)1/4 tsp. chili powder1/4 tsp. cumin
Directions
Heat non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add 1 tortilla. Spread 1/2 of shredded cheese, then beans, then the other 1/2 of the cheese. Sprinkle on spices. Cover with the other tortilla and press with spatula to meld. Cook about 5 minutes, and turn (using a pan lid works well)
Cook other side about 5 minutes. Turn onto a plate or cutting board and but into 6 wedges (for easy handling)

Serves 2. Suggested topping of salsa, sour cream or yogurt, or guacamole (not included in nutrition facts).
