1 cup water1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Museli (dry)1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill rolled oats (dry)Salt - just a dash1 tsp. wheat germ1 tsp. flax seed meal1 tsp. bee pollen granules1 tsp. chopped pecans1/4 cup blueberries (or strawberries or chopped apples)2 tsp sugarcinnamon sprinkled to taste
Place water, muesli, oats and salt in small pan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 3 - 5 minutes or until water is absorbed.
Remove pan from the stove and stir in wheat germ, bee pollen, flax seed meal, fruit, and one tsp of the sugar, then sprinkle cinnamon and the remaining sugar on the top.
Makes 1 yummy cup - your body will thank you for this!
