Banana Stuffed French Toast

Healthy Living Wheat Bread, 6 slicesBanana, fresh, 1 medium slicedPhiladelphia Cream Cheese, Non-Fat - 6 TbspEgg, fresh, 2 medium Fat Free Skim Milk, .5 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray a cookie sheet with a non stick spray (VERY IMPORTANT)
you can do this 2 different ways. you can either place a tbsp of cream cheese on each piece of bread and layer with banana on 3 slices and fold over to make the sandwich
OR
if you bananas are very ripe you can mash them into your cream cheese and spread on each slice of bread and top with another slice of bread
Dip sandwiches in the egg,milk and cinnamon mix. and lay on cookie sheet
bake 20 mins flipping half way during cooking..
top with powdered sugar if you would like or use a no sugar added syrup!
