Zucchini Tomato Beef Italiano

Ingredients
Zucchini (3 med - 2 cup sliced)1 Can of Diced tomotoes 11 oz cooked lean ground beef (1 lb raw)2 medium onions diced1 tbsp olive oilPizza SeasoningGarlic powder (or 2 cloves pressed garlic)3 Tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Brown the beef (salt and pepper)
Saute' the zucchini and onion in olive oil while the beef is draining
Mix in the tomato and drained ground beef after the zucchini is tender.
Season with pizza seasoning and garlic powder (or use clove garlic for sauteing) and simmer for 5 minutes so the flavors marry
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
(made 6 cups)
