Almond Tilapia

Ingredients
2 tilapia fillets1/4 cup almond flour Dash ground red pepper (optional )Salt and pepper1 T balsamic vinegar
Directions
Coat tilapia fillets with almond flour and seasonings . (If you have whole almonds, grind in coffee grinder.) Saute 3 to 4 minutes in skillet in olive oil. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Delicious served with oven roasted grape tomatoes. Makes 2 servings
