Ingredients
8 ounces Reduced Fat Cream Cheese1 box Sugar Free, Fat Free pudding mix - any flavor1 tub lite whipped topping1 Reduced fat graham cracker crust
Directions
Using a mixer- blend the cream cheese and pudding mix together until soft and smooth. Add in the whipped cream and mix until well blended. Fill up the crust and refrigerate for a few hours.

    Very delicious. I used sugar free cheesecake flavored jello and it was so like eating mom's no bake cheese cake. Maybe next time I will mince half cup of pineapple and half cup of cherries to shake it up. Thanks - 6/13/10
