Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
3 cups milk (your choice, we just use 2%)2 cups thawed or fresh strawberries2 medium bananas (sometimes we even use large, but then just add a little more milk to thin it out a little)2 cups of frozen or fresh blueberries3 TBSP of soy protien (we use Gensoy)
Directions
Add ingredients to blender (we use a Vita-Mix, works wonders) in the order listed.

Turn blender on low (Vita-Mix, variable speed 1).

Quickly increase to max speed and blend for 1 minute (Vita-Mix increase to variable speed 10 then quickly to high, blend for 1 minute)

*NOTE: If using all fresh produce add ice until desired thickness is achieved.

Serve cold and enjoy :D
