Ingredients
Salted Cod Fish, Okra, Carrots, Cabbage, onions, hot sauce, spices, adobo
Directions
Boil your dried Cod fish (to get the salt out), heat your coconut oil (or any oil you like) sautee the cod in the oil, add onions, then you can add all your other vegetables with water cover and cook. Mixture should be soupy and thick (from the okra).
