Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients
3 tbsp canola oil1 tbsp cider vinegarjuice of half a lemon1 tsp honeysaltpepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients into a non-metalic bowl (the acid from the vinegar and lemon will react with metal). Leave for 5 minutes and pour over salad.

You can leave it for longer for the flavours to really meld together, 1-2 hour unrefrigerated before use is fine.
