Yummy Cookies (Raw and Gluten Free)

Ingredients
1/2 cup walnuts1/4 cup almonds1/2 cup pitted dates1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1 sprinkle cinnamon1 pinch raisins (maybe 10?)1 tablespoon water1 tablespoon raw honey
Directions
Toss walnuts and almonds in food processor to get a good chop. I like it as fine as possible. Add dates, raisins, cinnamon, vanilla, and water. Process until dates are well chopped, and the water has made the mixure a little gooey. Press and form into 1 inch balls and place on a plate. Drizzle raw honey over cookies and refrigerate to set.
