Homemade Doughnuts

Milk, 1%, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 cup Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 4 tbsp Salt, .75 tsp Mashed Potatoes, .5 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp Vanilla Extract, .25 tsp Flour, whole grain, 4 cup
Scaled milk and add sugar, butter, salt and mashed potatoes.
Dissolve 1 package of yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Beat eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla into milk mixture, stir in yeast mixture.
Stir in flour. Mix together and let rise in 200 degree oven (note: pre heat oven to 200 and turn off when preheated)
Beat down dough and roll out and cut into doughnut holes. Fry in oil until done.
