Karen's potato salad

Ingredients
2 lb. red potato (small with skins)6 hard boiled eggs9 slices bacon, cooked2 stalks celery3/4 cup onion1 cup hellman's light mayo1 tbsp. parsley1 tbsp. celerly seed1 tbsp. black pepper
Directions
boil potatoes until soft.

While potatoes are baking, dice celery and onion. Cook bacon until crispy, crumble into pieces with celery and onion.

Hard boil the eggs. When they are cooked, remove the yolks. Cut up the whites and add to the cooked potatoes.

smash the yolks in a bowl. Add 1 cup Hellman's light mayo. Mix thoroughly. Add spices, mix again.

Mix all ingredients together. Makes 8 servings of about a cup. Tastes great warm!
