Creamy Red Wine Vinegar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup Hellman's Mayo1 Shallot, finely chopped2 generous cloves of Garlic, finely chopped2 tbsp of Red Wine Vinegar (this is just an estimate)Salt Black Pepper
Directions
In a bowl, add mayonnaise, shallot and garlic. Add about 1 tbsp of the red wine vinegar and whisk. Continue to whisk in vinegar until you achieve a salad dressing like consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 16 - 1 tbsp servings.

It has never been in my house longer than a week because we use it that quickly, but I would not store it much longer than that.
