Sass-iago Spinach-Artichoke-Green Chile Dip

Ingredients
16 ounces neufchatel Light cream cheese, softened10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry2 cups shredded asiago cheese1 cup mozzarella cheese blend1 cup Light Mayonnaise1 cup sour cream2 cups artichoke hearts, chopped1 cup chopped green chile2 teaspoons ground pepper1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Soften cream cheese. Combine with other ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate, covered, for 24 hours. Check seasoning level before using.

"Sass for One" is 1/2 cup, served with 3 ounces of chips
"Sass-iago Dip for 2" is 1 cup, served with 6 oz. of chips
