Grilled Turkey Salisbury Steak

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey2 scallions, chopped10 reduced fat ritz crackers crumbled1 T. oyster sauce1 T. soy sauce1 T. ketchup1 eggPepper to taste
Directions
Crumble crackers. Combine with scallion, oyster sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, pepper and egg. Gently fold in ground turkey. Divide into 6 patties. Grill about 4 minutes per side.
