Nicholay's Zero Fat Hummus

Ingredients
3 cans garbanzos (chick peas), drained1 can artichoke hearts, drained5 cloves fresh garlic, chopped1/4 cup fresh lemon juice1-3 tbsp water1 tsp salt2 tsp black pepper1 tsp dill
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth, serve room temperature or chilled. Experiment with other seasonings, such as fresh chilis, chives, parsley, cumin...the sky is the limit!

Each serving is 1/3 cup. Makes 14 servings.
