Poor Man's Fillet Mignon

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. Lean burger4 slices bread, made into crumbs2 eggs2 celery stalks1/4 medium onion1 bacon strip per serving.
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except bread crumbs and bacon.
Spread out burger mixture into rectangle about 1/2 in thick.
Layer crumbs over mixture.
Roll width wise into cottage roll.
Chill for 1/2 hour wrapped in tin foil.
Cut into serving pieces.
Wrap bacon around each serving, anchoring with toothpicks.
Put servings onto broiling pan.
Put under broiler for 5 - 6 min. each side.
