1 chicken breast, cut in half1 1/4 cup of rice, uncooked1 can of sweet corn1 can of cream of chicken soup1 1/2 cup water2 tsp black pepper2 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375. Stir all ingredients (except chicken) in an 8x8 baking dish. Lay chicken breast halves on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken and riced are thoroughly cooked. Makes 2 servings.
