2 cans Campell's Cream of Chicken 98% fat free1.5 - 2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast, boiled and shredded8 oz of light sour cream4 tbsp of butter 2 packages of ritz crackers2 teaspoons of poppyseeds
mix soup, sour cream, 1 tsp of poppyseeds and chicken together in a pyrex oblong dish. Crush up the crackers and mix in 1 tsp of poppyseeds and melted butter. Spread that over the dish as a topping. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
