Carrots, raw, 1 cup, gratedYambean (jicama), raw, 1 cup, gratedCabbage, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped*Mimiccreme, Unsweetened, 2 tbspSherry, dry, 2 fl. ozCider Vinegar, 2 tbspAgave Syrup, 1 tbspPepper, black, .25 tsp
Shred carrots, jicama, and cabbage. Mix together in a bowl.
Combine the mimiccreme, sherry, cider vinegar, and agave syrup. Pour over shredded vegetables. Grind black pepper into blend of vegetables and dressing.
Let slaw sit overnight to increase flavor.
