Best Ever Tuna Cakes

Ingredients
3 cans 7 oz, Albacore Tuna, drained ( this gives you 1 lb. of meat)1/4 cup Finely chopped Onion2 Tablespoons Best Foods Low Fat Mayonaise1 teaspoon Dijon mustard1.2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce1/4 cup Egg Beaters Original1/4 cup seasoned Bread Crumbs1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice 1/2 teaspoon salt1&1/4 teaspoons Old Bay Seafood Spices
Directions
Drain and flake the 3 cans of Tuna in a medium bowl. Next add all of the other ingredients and mix very well. Take the mixture and shape into 8 patties ( about 1/3 cup each).
Spray a large non-stick pan with cooling spray and heat over medium high heat. Add the patties to the pan and, cook for 3-4 minutes then turn over and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

This makes 4 servings 2 patties each.
