Simple Banana Bread

Ingredients
3 bananas, mashed1/3 C butter, unsalted, melted3/4 C sugar1 egg, beaten1 tsp vanilla1 tsp baking soda1 pinch salt1 1/2 C flour
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl.
3. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla.
4. Mix in the baking soda and salt .
5. Mix in the flour until just combined. Do not over-mix.
6. Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7. Let cool before slicing.

Makes 1 loaf - approx 12 slices.
