Honey Oatmeal Bread

1 1/3 cups water, room temperature3/4 cup oats2 Tbl. butter, cut into small pieces3 Tbl. honey1 1/2 tsp salt1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour1 3/4 cups bread flour2 Tbl. vital wheat gluten2 tsp active dry yeast
Makes a 2# loaf - approximately 20 servings
Place all ingredients in bread machine in order listed or according to your machine instructions. If using the Delayed Start, place oats in with flour to keep away from water. This makes a great breakfast bread. May use maple syrup in place of honey.
To get 20 servings per loaf, I cut 10 thicker slices, then cut each in half. I do this because I don't slice "thin" very well and each half is a good serving.
