Ingredients
Directions
2 cups of 100% liquid egg whites1/2 cup of chopped ham of choice (I used honeybaked)1/3 cup (about a handful) of shredded cheese (I used monterey jack)1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg (In my original recipe I didn't include this, but my regular "chubby" quiche includes it and it tastes better!)PAMTools:Pie Pan (I reccomend NONSTICK!)Whisk or electric equivalent
Preheat the oven to 375
While preheating, chop up your ham (or bacon, veggies, whatever you want!)
Then, Whip up your egg whites to a STIFF PEAK
Add your ham, nutmeg, and cheese and mix it together.
Spray pam all over the bottom and sides of your pan
Pour your mixture into the pan and put inside the oven
Bake for 45-50 minutes. The "frothy" part of the egg will turn a medium brown, but make sure that the egg is fully cooked in the middle before eating!
