Black Bean Chili - Crockpot recipe

Ingredients
2 T. olive oil3 large onions, diced3 cloves garlic, minced1 red bell pepper, chopped1 green pepper, chopped3 (14 oz) cans diced tomoatoes, undrained2 tsp cumin1 Tbls chili powder1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes10 ox pkg frozen corn2 (15 oz) cans black beans, drained and rinsed1 cup salsa, picante or taco sauce
Directions
Saute onions in olive oil until tender, add garlilc and cook 2 min longer. Add cumin and red pepper flakes and any other spices you might like. Cook 2 min longer. Mix all ingredients in 4-5 quart slow cooked and cook on low about 10 hours. Makes 8-10 servings (nutritional info based on 8)
