Ingredients
2 Lean Pork Chops with Bone1 Medium Onion, Sliced1/2 T ButterSalt and Pepper to tasteSpices of your choosing
Directions
Stand Chops in Crockpot, sprinkle with salt and pepper, spices of your choice. Cover with onion slices which are separated into rings
Place butter on top and cook on low heat 6 -8 hours, or until done.
