karela or bitter gourd 3 medium sizedonions 2 chopped medium sizedoil 1 tspred chilli powder 1 tspturmeric powder 1/4 tspginger garlic paste 1/2 tblsp
1.Take a nonstick pan,add t tsp oil,add thin sliced cut karela deseeded to this pan,cover and steam on low flame stirring ocassionally till its nice and crispy.
2.take another nonstick pan ,add 1 tblsp oil,and saute thinly chopped onions,saute till it turns golden brown.
3.Now add red chilli powder 1 tsp,turmeric powder 1 tsp,ginger garlic paste 1/2 tblsp,salt and saute well .
4.Add above steamed karela to this and stir well,cook for 5 mins and serve hot ..
