Balsamic Potato Salad

Ingredients
2-3 red potatoes1 med white onion1 tbsp olive oil2 slices turkey bacon1/4 cup balsamic vinegarMakes 3 servings
Directions
Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch squares
Steam potatoes
Cut up onion
Sautee onion in olive oil until caramelized
Fry turkey bacon
Stir all together in bowl with balsamic vinegar
refrigerate until chilled
