Ingredients
Linguine whole wheat blend Ronzoni, 18 oz3.5 cup sliced Baby Bellas 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 Garlic cloves minced2 15 oz cans of black beans rinsed2 14-1/2 oz cans of Diced tomatoes no salt added2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed1 tsp dried oregano Baby spinach (Earthbound farm organic), 142 gram(s)
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute mushrooms in oil until tender; add garlic, cook 2 minutes longer.

2. Stir in the black beans, tomatoes, rosemary, oregano. Cook and stir till heated through. Stir in spinach until wilted. Drain pasta. Serve with bean mixture.

Makes 12 servings 2/3 cup of bean mixture over 2/3 cup of pasta
