Jody's Kitchen Presents Orange Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients
1/2 lb ground pork1 cup Orange Juice1/2 cup Red Peppers (sliced)1/2 cup Yellow Peppers (sliced)1/2 cup Green Peppers (sliced)1/2 cup Red Onion (sliced)1 cup Sliced Mushrooms1 pkg Firm Tofu (diced)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Pour about 2 tbsp Olive Oil in Wok and heat.

Add Ground Pork and cover cook thoroughly.
Remove pork from pan, and set aside.

Pour about 1 tbsp olive oil in wok and heat.

Add all vegetables and cook about 5 minutes, then add orange juice and continue to cook for about another 5 minutes.

Add Pork back into mixture and stir well.

Fold in tofu into your mixture and heat for about 3 minutes, folding occasionally.

Best if served over rice.
