Broccoli and Cheesy Soup

Ingredients
11/2 cups chopped Broccoli1/4 cup of chopped celery1/4 cup of chopped onion1 cups of chicken broth2 cups milk2 tbsp of cornstarch1/8 tsp of dried thyme14 cup of shredded swiss cheesesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Place broccoli,celery, and onion in sauce pan with chicken broth. Bring to boil; reduce heat,cover and cook til all vegi's are
tender.

2. In medium bowl combine milk,cornstarch, thyme,and salt and pepper to taste; add the cook vegi's.

3. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubblu. Then cook one minute more.

4. Remove from heat and add cheese;stir until cheese melts.
