Ingredients
1/2 cup oats1/2 cup cottage cheese1/2 cup egg whites1/4 tsp. baking powder1/4 tsp. cinnamon1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
Directions
place first 5 ingredients into a blender or food processor.
mix until smooth.

mix in banana (or you can use mixed berries if you like instead)

cook pancake mix on a non stick skillet on hi heat
( 350 degrees F. on your electric griddle)

once you see bubbles on top flip pancakes

once they puff up, or spring back when touched they are done.
about 5-7 min cook time

makes 4 pancakes (big ones)

I like to eat them with turkey bacon and fresh berries!
