Mexican Soft Taco Shells Whole Wheat/Corn

Arrowhead Organic Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cupsCornmeal, 1 cupEgg, fresh, 2 large Yeast (Red Star Bread Machine Yeast), 1.5 tsp Salt, .25 tsp
Put flour, cornmeal and salt in bosch. Add yeast and stir for a few seconds. Crack eggs into a cup and add water till measures 1 cup. Add to bosch. May need another 1/2 cup water. Mix for 5 minutes. Take out and let rise for about 1/2 hour. Cut into 8 pieces and roll out. Cook for a couple of minutes on each side in a non stick pan. Can add oil but it is not calculated in recipe. Makes 8
