Tomato & Mozzarella appetizer

Ingredients
2 medium tomatoes, sliced1/2 oz Prosciutto, torn into pieces3 Basil leaves, chopped6 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese
Directions
Slice tomatoes 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick and mozzarella same thickness.

Arrange tomatoes on a plate. Top with prosciutto pieces, mozzarella slices, and chopped basil. Drizzle entire plating with olive oil and gently drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
