Raw Tomato Basil Sauce

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 Italian tomato (remove)Onions, raw, 1 slice, thin (remove)*Baby Bella Mushroom (Dole), 3 serving (remove)*Agave Nectar, Organic Blue Agave, Light, .333 tbsp (remove)*Garlic Powder, .25 tsp (remove)*365 sundried tomatoes, 3 serving (remove)*Basil, Fresh (5g or 10 leaves), .5 tbsp (remove)
Directions
I soaked the sundried tomatoes in hot tap water for about 5 mins before adding them to everything else in the food processor. Then blend - adding some hot water to get the consistency you desire. Scrape down the sides a few times too.

I added some Tofutti Cream Cheese to one serving and served over sprouted chickpeas.
