Sausage and Tomato Bake

Ingredients
8 Sausages (raw 4" long x 7/8)1 Tin of Chopped Tomatos2 Tablespoons of Tomato Puree/paste1 Large Onion (Chopped finely)4 Garlic Cloves1 tbsp Sunflower OilDried Mixed Herbs - To taste1 Cup of Sweetcorn15oz of cooked pasta (any shape)
Directions
Grill sausages until cooked and chop each sausage into 4 or 5 pieces
Whilst grilling sausages, cook pasta.
Fry Onions and garlic until cooked
Add sweetcorn, tinned tomatos and puree and simmer on medium heat until sweetcorn is cooked
Add mixed herbs to taste
Combine cooked pasta, sausages and sauce in a casarole dish
sprinkle cheese over the top and bake in the oven on 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until the cheese has melted and gone golden.

    I agree, it really isn't low fat. Tell you what, if you use the veggie crumbles or the veggie sausage by Morning Star, then you have a truly awesome lowfat and delicious meal. - 5/18/11
