1 1/2 cocoa1 cup 2% milk3 tblsp constarch3/4 cup splenda1 tblsp light bblue bonnet margarine
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a pan. Add milk. Heat until desiresed thickness. Add butter. Mix well. Serve on biscuit.
