Garlic 2 Cloves1 Onion2 Tbspn Butter1 Tbspn Curry Powder1 Tspn Ground Cumin1 Tspn Salt1 Tspn Tumeric1 Tspn Paprika2 Apples peeled, cored and chopped.2 Medium Bananas.2 Tbspn Tomato Ketchup.30g Cornflour2 Chicken Stock Cube/Veg Cube works equally well2 Pints of Water1 Tbspn Honey
Chop finely onions and garlic add to pan cook in a little water until soft. Add dried ingredients, water, stock cubes, honey, tomato sauce, butter, bananas and apple and cook until bananas and apple. Stir frequently over low heat until bananas and apples break down. Mix cornflour with water and then add to pan. Cook for another 10 minutes then leave to cool. Finally blend or sieve to smooth consistency if preferred. Serves four. Freezes well.
