Zesty Coleslaw

Ingredients
5 cups Fresh Express Cole SlawDressing:1/2 cup of plain nonfatt yogurt1/4 cup of nonfat sour cream1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard1 tablespoon of cider vinegar1 tablespoon of lemon juice1 tablespoon of olive oil1 teaspoon of sugar or splenda1/2 teaspoon of celery seeds1/2 teaspoon of prepared horseradish1/4 teaspoon of salt1/4 teaspoon of pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir with a wire whisk until blended. Cover and chill. Serve over shredded cabbage. Dressing yield: 1 cup, 1 tablespoon servings.
