Carmel Popcorn

Ingredients
2 bags of Kettle Korn 100 calorie pack (popped)1 cup of Splenda brown sugar blend4 tbs of I can not believe it is not butter1/2 cup of light corn syrup1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp baking powder1 1/2 tsp of pure vanilla extract
Directions
preheat oven to 250 degrees, put parchment paper on baking sheet spray with non-stick cooking spray.

in a sauce pan combine brown sugar, light con syrup and butter bring to a boil for 4-5 min scraping pan down and stirring often.

combine baking soda, vanilla and salt take caramel off heat and add mixture

place popped popcorn in a bowl and drizzle with caramel stirring to coat. place on pan and bake for 25 min or so stirring 1/2 way though. allow to cool and enjoy.
