Thick Crust Grilled Chicken & Tomato Pizza -made with Pillsbury Pizza Classic Dough

2 Pkg/tubes Pillsbury Classic Pizza Dough (from the refrigerator section)16 oz Pizza Sauce20oz All Natural Chicken Breast Tenderloins1-1/2 cups tomatoes - chopped or sliced into small pieces2 cups Finely Shredded Italian Style Cheese (mozzarella, etc)1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1 TBSP Canola OilGarlic Seasoning & Other Seasonings to taste
Pre-heat the oven to 425-degrees F & Preheat the grill for the chicken.
Spread the dough from the 2 containers of Pre-made /roll-out pizza dough into a pan sprayed with non-stick spray -joining the 2 pieces and folding over the edges to make a higher side crust. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and a little of the Shredded Mozzarella or shredded Italian Style Mozzarella-mix cheese onto the crust (not the raised edges). Sprinkle seasonings (i.e. Italian seasoning, Roasted Garlic seasoning, oregano, onion powder, etc.) to taste into the cheese on the crust. Brush a little cannola (or Olive oil) onto the raised edges and sprinkle those edges with Garlic Seasoning or Garlic-Bread Seasoning.
Pour and Spread Pizza Sauce on the crust up to the raised edges and mix with the cheese & seaoning mix.
Grill the chicken breast tenderloin pieces and cut into bite-sized pieces. (The chicken can be grilled while you're preparing the crust with the sauce, etc.) Layer the chopped tomatoes and grilled/chopped chicken pieces on top of the crust in the seasoned sauce. Layer the rest of the shredded cheese on top of the Chicken & tomatoes. Season to taste.
Bake at 425-degrees F for 17 minutes.
Let sit for 2-3 minutes after taking out of the oven.
Cut into 16 pieces and serve hot.
