Raisin-Apple Betty

Ingredients
1 med apple - peeled, cored, thinly sliced1 slice raisin bread (about 80-90 cal size)1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 c evaporated skim milk1 egg, beaten1 tsp vanilla4 tsp artificial sweetener
Directions
1. Coat small oven-safe bowl with cooking spray.
2. Prepare apple and bread, mix together with cinnamon in bowl.
3. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
4. Combine all ingredients in small bowl
5. Cook at 350 for 30-45 minutes (until apples in middle are soft.
