Fish Surmai (King Fish)

Ingredients
* *King Fish (Mackerel,King) ( Surmai) raw, 500 gms * *Pepper, red or cayenne- 1.5 tbsp * *Coriander Seed, Ground, 1.5 tbsp * *Cumin, 1.5 tbsp * * Turmeric powder, 0.25 tsp * *Garlic Paste, 1.5 tbsp * Salt, 1.5 tsp * *Heinz White Vinegar, 0.25 cup * *Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Oregano, ground (ajwain) 0.25 tsp
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients, except oil, with vinegar.
2. Marinate the fish in it for 15-20 mins.
3. Then fry fish in oil.
4. Serve with dhokrey, muthiya
